The purpose of the new training center will be to educate HVAC professionals about the latest technology, product advancements, regulations and standards within the industry. As the HVAC industry continues to grow, improve and evolve, Swan Associates takes pride in being one of the most up to date manufacturers of HVAC equipment and customer knowledge. The center will be a place that will allow Swan to build custom training and materials to focus on the best practices and procedures when operating HVAC equipment. Classes will be taught by trained professionals and instructors on site at the Swan headquarters in Newington, CT. The training center will be a place where contractors, customers, business owners, engineers and other users, can focus on proper equipment training.
The training sessions will go over everything from a general overview of the technology, to maintenance and special attention cases or troubleshooting, to operating and installation services. With field experienced presenters, classes will also focus on VRV equipment models training, service and maintenance on products, or parts needed. Sessions can be custom tailored to meet your specific training needs upon request and a case by case basis.
The entire training center was built with Daikin equipment, customers, contractors and users alike can see Swan products in action.
